What payment methods do you accept?

All stations (self service, touch-less automatic and vacuums) accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, Mobile Pay (Samsung Pay, Apple Pay) and Contactless Payments.

Cash is also accepted in the Touch-less Automatic pay station.

Do you offer a monthly wash pass?

What are your hours?
We are open 24/7.
How do I get a receipt?

In the automatic pay station you can print a receipt after payment.

Equipment malfunctioned during the wash?
In the event the equipment stops working during the wash, please call 860-364-6900 or text 860-364-6685 and let us know.  If you paid with a credit card we can issue an instant refund.
What is your height clearance in the touchless machines?

We can wash up to 8FT height vehicles. Work vans are welcome even with a ladder as long as it doesn’t extend/overhang the vehicle.

What is your height clearance in the self service bays?

Do you offer detailing services?

No we do not offer detailing.

Can a dually pickup fit in your automatic machines?

Yes a dually pick up can fit in our new automatic touchless machine. Please make sure you pull inside the center of the bay. Max Vehicle Size 266″ L x 106″ W x 96″ H
